As part of Liverpool John Moores University Research Week we we are inviting LJMU's research community to take part in the Images of Research Photography Competition 2015.
We want you to inspire us with single image of your work. This project aims to share the wonder and diversity of LJMU research activity and show how research makes a real difference.
The competition is free to enter.
The closing date for entries is Friday 29 May 2015.
Can you creatively communicate your research to the general public with just one photograph, a snappy title and an accompanying short description? Can you capture their interest, raise their curiosity, or get them thinking about research in a different way?
Whether you work in the physical, medical, biological, social sciences, or the humanities we want you to share your work with the wider world.
We are seeking original photographs that encapsulate the theme 'Scholarly Snaps'. We challenge you to pull back from the intimate and intricate details of your research and share the wonder, beauty and curiosity of what you do, why you do it, and how it matters to others.
